Viewing your OneUp Dashboard in Salesforce

Enable OneUp iframing in Salesforce to view your Dashboard without needing to switch systems

OneUp can now sit neatly inside Salesforce so that your consultants no longer need to jump between systems to check their Dashboards.

Adding the OneUp Sales tab

  1. Open the Setup page by clicking on the Settings icon in the top right.

2. Search for Tabs in the Quick Find search box

3. Find the Web Tabs section and click New

4. Select the full page width option in Step 1. Click Next.

5. Apply the following settings in Step 2:

  • Tab type: URL

  • Tab label: OneUp Sales

  • Tab name: OneUp_Sales (this will automatically populate)

  • Tab style: Click the box and select the tab style you would like

  • Content frame height (pixels): 900

6. In step 3, enter the following in the Button or Link URL box, replacing yourdomainhere with your OneUp Sales instance name(if you're not sure what this is, access your Dashboard and check the URL of the webpage)

7. In Step 4, select the profiles that should have access to the OneUp Sales tab.

8. In Step 5, select the custom apps that should have access to the OneUp Sales tab.

9. Click Save. The OneUp tab will now be available!
