Reconnecting an Integration
Reconnecting an Integration

Do you have missing data? Have you seen this banner pop-up on the platform?

If so, don't worry! Your integration will back up and running after following these steps:


🚨 You will need to have an admin account on the CRM you are reconnecting, otherwise the reconnection won't work 🚨


Note: I am using a Bullhorn integration as an example, but the steps are the same for our other integrations (including Vincere, JobAdder and Mercury)

  1. Click the link in the banner or head to the integrations page (you can do this by clicking the 3 dots next to your profile picture in the top right of the platform, clicking 'Integrations' and then hitting 'configure' next to the one that needs to be reconnecting)

  2. You'll be bought to the following page (this may look slightly different, depending on your integration)

    Hit the 'Reconnect [CRM Name] button, which will take you to the login page of your CRM

  3. Once you've logged in, the connection should be restored, and your data will start to sync up.

    If you still see the banner on the platform after following these steps, this means the integration hasn't been reconnected - it may be you don't have the relevant permissions on your CRM, in which case, you'll need to ask another admin to try following these steps.
