What is it?

Performance Analytics is our new and improved reporting suite, equipping you with all the data you need, in a few simple steps. This release will replace the Matrix.

Why have we replaced the Matrix?

Our new reporting suite offers everything the Matrix offers, but with improved design and performance, as well as new exciting features, allowing you to drill into the data with more granularity.

What new features are available?

Here’s what’s new:

  • A redesigned and intuitive new interface

  • The ability to break down the data by time period

  • Minimum, maximum and average values per metric

  • Override dates and set different timeframes against metrics in the same report

  • Share and transfer ownership and functionality of reports

  • Export CSVs, Excel and PDFs of all your reports

When is the release taking place?

We’ll be releasing Performance Analytics from the 16th May. You'll be notified via email when it's been released to you!

What about my saved reports and workflows?

All your existing matrix reports will be available for you as saved reports, in Performance Analytics. Your current workflows will also continue to send out your reports as usual. So no need to worry about losing your current reports, or setting up additional workflows.

What’s on the horizon for reporting at OneUp?

We’re enhancing our data visualisation capabilities, to help bring the numbers to life: charts and graphs will soon allow you to easily spot trends, and share these across your business. We’re also planning another launch in June: Performance Insights. This’ll include reporting by clients, jobs, candidates, as well as forecasting.

See our Coming next guide for more detail.
