Aircall: Connect your call data to OneUp

Connect your Aircall data to OneUp using Aircall's secure sign-in process.

Overview

Connect Aircall to OneUp using your Aircall account. You'll be asked to sign in to Aircall and approve access to your data.

🔒 You'll need an Aircall account with permission to connect integrations.

Set up webhooks

  1. Log into your Aircall dashboard

  2. Click on Integrations & API in the left hand sidebar menu

  3. Select the Discover integrations tab

  4. Find the Webhook integration option in the list that looks like this:

5. Click to install the integration. Enter OneUp Sales as the name, and in the webhook URL field paste the URL we've shared with you.

6. Turn off all toggles, except for the call.ended option.


7. Click save.

What next?

Choose the option that applies to you:

  • If you're onboarding with an Implementation Engineer, you'll receive a connection link after your first call with us and they'll ask you to complete the webhook setup steps above.

  • If you're using our self-serve setup flow, you'll be prompted to connect Aircall after selecting it from the list of available integrations and complete the webhook setup steps above.

  • If you're reconnecting an existing integration, check that your Aircall webhook integration is still active and configured with the correct OneUp webhook URL. If not, follow the steps above before reconnecting following the steps below.

Reconnecting Aircall

  1. In OneUp, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture and select Platform Settings.

  2. Select Integrations in the left-hand menu.

  3. Find Aircall and click the 🔒 icon.

  4. Click Connect.

  5. Sign in to your Aircall account if prompted.

  6. Approve access to your Aircall data.

  7. Aircall may ask you to link phone numbers as part of the setup process. You can safely skip this step.

Check the connection

Once connected:

  • The integration status will show as Authenticated.

  • Data will begin syncing into OneUp.

  • Your users, activity and performance data will start appearing throughout the platform.

Troubleshooting

I can't sign in to Aircall

Make sure you're using an Aircall account with permission to connect integrations.

I don't have permission to connect Aircall

Some organisations restrict who can approve integrations. Contact your Aircall administrator and ask them to complete the connection or grant the required permissions.

I connected the wrong Aircall account

Follow the connection steps above and sign in with the correct Aircall account.

The new connection will replace the existing one.

Aircall is asking me to link phone numbers

This step isn't required for OneUp. You can skip it and continue with the connection process.

My integration is connected, but some calls are missing

Check that:

  • The Aircall webhook integration is still active.

  • The webhook URL matches the OneUp webhook URL provided during setup.

  • The call.ended event is enabled.

  • Other webhook events can remain disabled.

If everything looks correct and you're still missing some calls, contact our Support team.

My connection failed

Make sure you've approved all permissions requested by Aircall during the connection process. If the issue persists, try connecting again.

My data isn't appearing in OneUp

The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
