If you are unable to validate your reservation through the airline's website, you can manually add your trip to CheckMyTrip.
First things first, download CheckMyTrip then follow the steps below:
You can either click on "Add a trip" or use the digital assistant option.
Next, choose "Add a trip", and enter your PNR number. Once you encountered the message highlighted below, you just need to choose "Add trip manually".
Enter your flight number and the date of your trip.
You will then get to this page to confirm that your flight is successfully added.
