Introduction
The "One Time Purchase" option allows you to offer your customers the flexibility to purchase a bundle as a one-time payment, in addition to the subscription model. This feature is currently in Beta mode, and you can easily enable it for your product bundles. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to set it up.
Steps to Set Up the "One Time Purchase" Option:
Log in to the Ongoing App
Open the Ongoing Subscriptions app in your Shopify store.
Navigate to Product Bundles
In the Ongoing app dashboard, go to the "Product Bundles" section.
Edit Your Bundle
Find the bundle you want to edit and click "Edit Bundle" next to it.
Enable the Purchase Type
Scroll down to the section titled "Available Purchase Types."
You’ll see a dropdown or selection options. Select "Subscription and One Time Purchase."
Save Your Changes
After selecting the purchase types, click "Save" to apply the changes to your bundle.
Important Notes
The One Time Purchase option is currently in Beta. We’re actively improving it, so feedback is welcome!
Customers will see both options at checkout: they can either subscribe or make a one-time purchase.
You can return to Available Purchase Types anytime to update your bundle options.
