In Ongoing, you can disable a product from being a subscription product. The product will no longer be available for purchase as a subscription.
To do this, you just need to remove the product from any and all subscription groups.
If the product is in a subscription group, it's an active subscription product.
If it is not in a subscription group, it is not available as a subscription product.
You do not need to delete a product in order to disable subscriptions.
If you disable a product from being a subscription product, it will be available as a one-time purchase.
Note: This will not delete the product from your website.
From Ongoing, click on Subscription Groups
2. Click on subscription group you wish to manage
3. On the Products tab, select the checkbox next to product you want to remove from the subscription group & click Remove Selected Products
This will remove the product from that subscription group, making it no longer available as a subscription product.
To double check your work, visit the product page on your website to make sure no subscription widget is displaying.
