To see upcoming fulfillment work
On Shopify Admin:
On the Shopify admin dashboard, click on Orders
2. On the filter Fulfillment Status, select Scheduled.
You can filter your Orders page by the Scheduled fulfillment status to display upcoming fulfillment work that doesn't require immediate action.
To see prepaid orders ready to be fulfilled
On Shopify Admin
From your Shopify admin, click Orders
2. Click Fulfillment status, and then select Unfulfilled
To display prepaid subscription orders that are ready to be fulfilled, filter your Orders page by the Unfulfilled status.
You can also filter by Partially Fulfilled status, which is a good idea.
3. Click Sort and select Date (oldest first)
By default, the Orders page is sorted by date. This means that prepaid subscription orders that are ready to be fulfilled might drop to the bottom of your list of unfulfilled orders. To display these orders, you can sort your Orders page by oldest date.
