You are able to sort, edit, and search for customer profiles on the Shopify admin.
You can also filter your customers by their subscription status.
Subscription statuses:
Active product subscription
Paused product subscription
Canceled product subscription
Expired product subscription
Never subscribed
Failed payment
On Shopify admin
From your Shopify admin, click Customers
2. In the filter section, click More filters
3. On the Product Subscription section, select the subscription status that you would like to filter your customers with. Click Done.
