Ongoing lets you view subscription orders in full detail.
Under Subscriptions, merchants can view all active, canceled and paused subscriptions.
They can also view:
Next billing date
Product details (quantity, SKU, price, subscription plan)
Customer shipping address
Customer Order History.
Shopify merchants can also view customers' subscription orders on the Shopify dashboard.
In Ongoing App:
To view a specific subscription order for a customer:
In Ongoing, click Subscriptions
2. Click the subscription you want to manage
3. Under Order History, there's a list of all orders for this specific subscription. For order details, click the Order number
To view all subscription orders for a customer:
On the Subscription details page, click Full Customer Details.
On Customer profile, scroll down to Active product subscriptions section.
Here you can view all subscription orders for this customer. Click View Subscription
How do I know if a customer has a subscription?
If you sell subscription-based products, an Active Subscriptions section will display in your customer profiles on the Shopify admin if they purchased a subscription.
When a customer purchases a subscription product, their subscription information is displayed in their customer profile in Shopify admin.
On the Shopify admin, you can view the products that a customer has subscribed to and when their next order is scheduled for in the Active subscriptions section.
