All subscribers automatically get access to the Customer Portal.
Any customer who purchases a subscription, will automatically receive an email from Ongoing with a magic link. This link will take them to the Customer Portal.
Customers do not need to create an account to access the Ongoing Customer Portal. No password is required.
As a customer, you can access the Customer Portal with one click!
From your personal email inbox:
Click the link Manage Your Subscription in the subscription confirmation email
You'll automatically be taken to the Customer Portal
Note: You can also login to the Subscription Portal from the Shopify Order confirmation page.
Under Manage your Subscription, click on Go to the Customer Portal
