Cancelling a subscription allows orders to be turned off. You will no longer be charged. This ends your subscription.
As a customer, you can pause any subscription in your Customer Portal:
Click the link in your subscription confirmation email
In Ongoing Customer Portal, under Subscriptions click the subscription you want to manage
3. In the Subscription Status section, select Cancelled and click Save Status
This will update your subscription status to Cancelled.
You can your turn your subscription back on later by switching it to Active in the Subscription Status.
