A subscription can easily be paused.
Pausing a subscription allows orders to be temporarily turned off.
As a customer, you can pause any subscription in your Customer Portal:
Click the link in your subscription confirmation email
2. In the Ongoing Customer Portal, under Subscriptions, click the subscription you want to manage
4. Click Pause Subscription
5. You'll be prompted to confirm that you want to pause the subscription.
Click Pause Now
This will update your subscription status to PAUSED
You can come back anytime later by clicking the " Activate Subscription " button.
