A subscription can easily be paused.
Pausing a subscription allows orders to be temporarily turned off.
As a customer, you can pause any subscription in your Customer Portal:
Click the link in your subscription confirmation email
2. In the Ongoing Customer Portal, under Subscriptions, click the subscription you want to manage
4. In the Subscription Status section, select Paused and click Save Status
This will update your subscription status to paused.
You can your subscription back on later by switching it to Active in the Subscription Status.
