The Skip Next Order feature helps you retain customers and avoid churn (aka: losing customers).
Customers are able to Skip Next Delivery from the customer portal.
Alternatively, shop owners can skip an order on behalf of a customer by changing their next delivery date.
By changing the next billing date, you can change when they'll get charged/ get their next delivery.
So if it's set to May 12th and they are on a monthly delivery frequency, and they want to skip a delivery, you can change their next billing date to June 12th.
