Are you seeing "Billing cycle duration must be a multiple of the delivery cycle duration"?

No worries, this is easy to fix.

Usually this message appears if the time intervals don't match up.

So for example if you'd like to do a weekly plan, I recommend doing Delivery every 1 week, and billing every 1 week.

if you do delivery every week but billing every month, Shopify won't let that work because it's a "pay per delivery" plan.

We recommend keeping the intervals the same like days/days, weeks/weeks/ and month/month.

For example, if you wanted to do a yearly plan prepaid with delivery every month we recommend doing Delivery every 1 month, and billing every 12 months.

Feel free to get in touch with our customer service if you have an issues creating a subscription plan, and we would be happy to help you out!
