My subscription widget is not showing up/not appearing?

How to fix not seeing your subscription product display

There could be a number of reasons why your subscription widget is not displaying.

Try these Trouble Shooting Ideas:

#1 Have you added the Subscription widget to your theme?

From Ongoing --> click Getting Started on the top lefthand corner --> then checkout step #2 for how to add the subscription widget to your theme (specific instructions for your theme).

If you have a 2.0 theme, you will need to follow these instructions.

If you have an older theme (not 2.0), you can click the "publish snippets" button.

#2 Is your product in DRAFT Mode?

Solution: Make sure your product on Shopify is set to ACTIVE

#3 Are you clicking the Shopify Preview link?

Solution: This won't display the widget. Make sure to view your actual product page. On our app, you can go to your Subscription group, and on Products, you can click "View on my Store".

#4 Are you in Trial mode of a Pro Shopify theme?

Solution: Pro themes often have limited capabilities in trial mode. If you decide to buy the theme, we support all Shopify themes.

#5 Is your product on a Sales Channel?

Solution: On Shopify, make sure your product is on the Shopify Sales Channel (which is its normal default mode).

#6 Is your inventory quantity set to 0?

Solution: Make sure the quantity is at least 1 or higher on the Shopify product details page.

#6 Are you using a Page Builder app like Gem Pages or PageFly?

We don't currently integrate with page builder apps; however, we are working on creating official integrations with these apps.

#7 Do you have a theme conflict?

Solution: If you've tried the above troubleshooting ideas and are still not seeing your subscription widget, please get in touch with our customer support. We would be happy to help you out!

#8 Are you using a non-Shopify theme?

If you are using a theme that you purchased outside of Shopify, sometimes these types of themes can be a bit tricky, but don't worry, send us an email at support [at] ongoingsubscriptions [dot] com, and we can take a look at this for you and see if we can make it appear!
