If you close your Shopify store, Ongoing would not be able to process subscriptions.

Your existing customers would be affected. They would not be charged, and Shopify and Ongoing would not be able to create new subscription orders, or process existing or future recurring payments.

Ongoing uses Shopify to process recurring payments for all subscriptions so you'll need to have an active Shopify store for our app to work.

Ongoing and Shopify are interconnected. If you discontinue Shopify, our app won't be able to continue working for your store.
