Ongoing lets you view subscriptions in full detail.
If you sell subscription-based products, then the Active Subscriptions section will display in your customer profiles on the Shopify admin.
When a customer purchases a subscription product, their subscription information is displayed in their customer profile in Shopify admin.
On the Shopify admin, you can view the products that a customer has subscribed to and when their next order is scheduled for in the Active subscriptions section.
On Shopify Admin
From your Shopify admin, click Customers
2. Click the customer you want to view subscription information for
3. In the Active product subscriptions section, click the information that you want to view:
To go to the subscription order that the customer placed, click View order (in this example it's called View prepaid order)
To go to the subscription information in your subscription app, click View subscription
