Unfortunately, Shopify has some limitations regarding subscriptions in Norway,
The issue is with the payment gateway.
Currently, Shopify only allows 4 payment gateways for subscription products:
1) Paypal Checkout Express, 2) Authorize.net and 3) Shopify Payments 4.) Stripe
Shopify Payments does not currently work in Norway and neither does ShopPay.
However, Shopify is launching Shopify Payments for Norway very soon...which would solve your problem.
SOLUTION: For Norway, the only options that work in Norway are Paypal Express and Stripe
We recommend using STRIPE if you are a merchant in Norway.
