2. Click Create Group

3. Name your Subscription Group (for your internal use only)

4. Click Add Plan.

Name your plan "Month" if you have a 2.0 theme

Name your plan "Delivery Monthly" if you are not using a 2.0 theme

5. Click Add Product

6. Click Save Group

By default the product will be offered as a one-time purchase & subscription, so customers can choose which one they want.

HOW TO MAKE A SUBSCRIPTION ONLY PRODUCT

If you want the subscription to be a Subscription only Product (and not have the one-time purchase option offered), then you'll need to mark the product on Shopify as a subscription-only product.

Shopify --> Click on Product --> Scroll down to Subscription section --> check box
