Yes, customers receive an email reminder before their upcoming billing attempt.
The purpose of the email is so they can make changes to the subscription on the Subscriber Portal if they'd like, like pause or cancel. etc.
Thankfully we don't do invoicing, where the customer needs to be reminded to pay. Payment is automated, so they'll be charged automatically.
To make sure your customers are getting this email, check your email settings on Ongoing.
From Ongoing --> Settings --> Emails --> upcoming billing attempt reminder
We default to sending out this email 10 days before their next billing date. You are able to customize this.
