How Edit the Branding & Reply To on Email Templates - Ongoing™️ Subscriptions

You can edit the branding of email templates sent to customers.

  1. From Ongoing, click on Settings

  2. Click on Emails

  3. Click on Manage General Settings

  4. Make your changes & click Save

  5. We always recommend sending yourself a test email to see what it looks like

    (Ongoing → Settings → Emails → click any template → click Send Test Email )

Here you can edit the following information:

  • Sender Name

  • Reply-to email address

  • Store Link

  • Link text that displays for Store Link

  • Header & Footer Content

🎉 Want to update the Shop name that appears after "Thanks"?

You can enter [shop_name], which automatically uses your Shopify shop name.

You can preview this by clicking "Send test email" on any email template.

If you don't like the shop name displayed, you can manually enter a different shop name into each email template.

Ongoing --> Settings --> Emails --> click email template --> edit the email body to include the name of your shop after the "Thanks."
