Yes, however we recommend using the native Notes feature on Shopify.

Since some customers have more than one subscription order, it's best to keep all your notes about subscriptions directly on the single customer profile.

  1. From the Shopify Dashboard, click Customers.

2. From Customers, click on the customer's name you'd like to add a note to.

3. On the Customer profile, click Edit on the Notes section

4. Enter a note and click Save

Your note is now saved!
