You can allow customers to choose between US & Canada for their shipping address, by making sure your Shopify account is set up correctly.

Your store can allow subscription products to be shipped to Canada by:

1) Make sure you have Canada specified as a shipping zone on your Shopify Shipping Rates

2) Turn on the Market for this.

Go to Shopify > Settings > Markets

Here we will want to Add Market and add Canada as a market.

After you click Save, test it out and see if customers can now choose between US & Canada for shipping.

You can tell if your "Market" for Canada is turned off if on the checkout screen the country area is disabled (greyed out) and won't let customers choose between different countries.
