How can my customer switch their payment method? | Ongoing Subscriptions Help Center

Ongoing allows your customers to switch their payment method on file on the Subscriber Portal.

Now customers can switch their payment entirely to a different method to pay for the subscription.

Shopify will then associate the new card to the customer's existing subscription.

From the Ongoing Subscriber Portal > Manage Payment > Swap Payment
