Paypal Express Checkout is available in the Philippines.
Paypal Express is the only payment gateway Shopify allows to be used with Subscription apps.
Unfortunately, Shopify does not currently support the other 3 payment gateway options: Stripe, Authorize.net, or Shopify Payments for the Philippines.
