The Pause function on the Subscriber Portal will pause the next billing cycle.
The current billing cycle still needs to complete.
So if the subscriber choose a 6 month plan (where they paid upfront for 6 months and then the subscription renews in 6 months, then they will be pausing essentially the renewal.
Example scenario:
➡ Customer subscribes on January 10th
➡ Customer is subscribed to a 6 months plan ( they pay every 6 months)
➡ Their subscription is scheduled to renew on July 10th (which is 6 months later)
➡ If they click pause anytime before the renewal date, they will be pausing the 2nd billing cycle scheduled to occur on July 10th
➡ When they click pause, their account status changes to PAUSED
