Merchant Notification Emails From Ongoing

Ongoing sends several different notification emails directly to the merchant regarding their customers subscriptions.

For Declined payments (aka: failed payments) Ongoing will email the merchant at the email designated on their Shopify account.

The email you use with Shopify, is the email Ongoing uses for all merchant notification emails.

If you want to change your email in your Shopify account, we will automatically email that new email.
