How to change the anchored billing date for all new subscribers
When you want to edit the anchored billing date for all new subscribers, you can edit the subscription plan (see video)
Please note changing the anchored billing date on a subscription plan will affect new subscribers only.
1) From Ongoing > Click Subscription Groups
2) Click the name of your group
3) Click on Plans tab > Click Edit on the subscription plan
5) Here you can change the anchored billing date to be a different day of the month
How to change the anchored billing date for existing subscribers
As a merchant, you can change the anchored billing date of an individual existing subscriber (see video)
Please note this will affect an individual existing subscriber. If you would like to bulk edit all customers anchored billing dates, please contact Ongoing & we can help.
1) From Ongoing > Click Subscriptions
2) Click the subscription number of the person you want to edit
3) Click on Plans tab > Click Edit on the subscription plan
5) Here you can change the anchored billing date to be a different day of the month
