If you’ve not done journaling before it can definitely feel a bit daunting, so here are a

couple of prompts to get you started.

If you don’t know where to start, start anywhere. 😁

Morning pages

Morning Pages are three pages of longhand, stream of consciousness writing, done first thing in the morning.

Questions to ask yourself

● What do I know to be true that I didn't know a year ago?

● What distractions get in the way of being my most productive?

● When do I feel most in tune with myself?

● If someone described me, what would they say?

● What do I want most in life?

If you spot it, you got it

Think about someone you love or admire. List 5 things about them that you admire.

Usually if you can see it in someone else it means you have that trait too. Now look for evidence of those traits in yourself!

Practise gratitude

List 5 things you’re grateful for. It’s useful and more beneficial to practise doing this

every day. You’re teaching your brain to look for positivity - your brain tends to find whatever it’s looking for, so why not look for good stuff?
