Bespoke Group Missions

You have to book your first bespoke group mission within 3 months of signing up with OnHand. Note: this doesn't mean your group mission has to take place in the first 3 months, just that we need to get dates locked in with you.

When you are ready to get booked in, let us know by contacting groupvolunteering@beonhand.co.uk and we'll get the ball rolling.

Each bespoke group mission is for up to 15 people. Additional attendees may incur a charge, dependent on the charity/organisation we work with. It's worth knowing that each charity is a little bit different and may apply a different cap on the number of attendees. If that's the case we'll let you know.

Many charities/organisations also have a cancellation penalty. Please note that once booked, if you are not able to go ahead for any reason your bespoke group mission allowance will still reduce.

Each company we work with can book a maximum of 1 bespoke team mission per quarter.

To ensure we can deliver on the dates required, we need 2 months' notice for your ideal dates for bespoke group missions. That's so we can work with our charities' and organisations' availability to give you the maximum choice.

Lastly, your package for bespoke group missions should state a timeframe for use. It's important that you stick to that, as your allowance does not roll forward. So please book in with the allowed timeframe.
