I can hear the audio, but I can’t see the video.

  • Most of the time, this is a problem with your internet connection. Try checking your connection and refreshing the page. If that doesn’t work, we recommend trying again when your internet signal is stronger.

The audio is out of sync with the video.

  • Check first to see if you are using Bluetooth technology to listen to the audio. Using Bluetooth speakers can create a lag that causes the audio and video to be out of sync.
