After you have completed all assignments
After you have completed your course, all assignments have been marked and passed, and you have paid for the course in full, then we can request your certificate from the awarding body.
When we request your certificate, then, this alerts the awarding body, and they will do an EQA (External Quality Assurance) to ensure that the work meets their criteria. Once they have completed this check, then, they will send your certificate to us here at the college. This process takes 6-12 weeks, but it can be sooner.
When we receive your certificate
Once we receive your certificate then, we will contact you to provide your postal address for us to send out your certificate. It will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed delivery to ensure it reaches you safely. This is included for the first delivery attempt of your certificate.
Sending your certificate to you
Please ensure that you provide us with an accurate delivery address, including a postcode or PO Box Number if overseas, to ensure that the certificate reaches you and does not get returned to us.
Returned certificates
If the certificate is returned to us then there will be a £10 charge for the postage costs to resend.
Additional certificates
If you require any additional certificates, then there is a charge of £50 for each certificate.
