We’re sticking to our new year’s resolution: Help your district set the stage for a smooth school year one training at a time! Join us for a look at the newly enhanced New Family Enrollment portal, two sessions to help you master schedule-building, and comprehensive state reporting support.

Can’t make these dates? You can always visit our YouTube channel.

Our in-house development team has been hard at work refreshing the New Family Enrollment portal to make registration collection, review, and acceptance easier than ever. The portal also provides admins with new ways to enhance the enrollment experience for families, from personalized welcome messages to customizable instructions, next steps, and acceptance emails. Tune in on 2/5 for the full scoop on the latest New Family Enrollment features soon to be released to you.

Hey there, master schedule builder! Our trainers would like to show you six more tools to level-up your scheduling skills. Join this session for the how-to on bulk moving students from one course to another in jmc Office in just a few steps. We’ll also share a schedule-locking option to ensure that you don’t accidentally overwrite existing student schedules, among other time-savers. This 2/12 webinar is also the perfect opportunity to get those burning schedule-building questions answered, so save your spot today.

Are you ready to swap the magnet board for master schedule-building in jmc? Then tune in on 2/13 for this work session where our trainers will run through scheduling basics like creating courses, bulk-loading students into rosters, and even assigning individual students so that both teachers and students are set up for success. We’ll end the training with a scheduling Q&A, so ask away! If you’d like to streamline high school and elementary schedule-building, register for our work session today.

Are you aware of the latest Ed-Fi regulations? Our state reporting experts are hosting this work session to get you up to speed on new data submission guidelines — and deadlines. They’ll cover how to successfully report Minnesota Common Course Catalogue (MCCC) data on bell schedules, instructional minutes, and more to the MDE from jmc, helping your district to lock in funding. If you’re confused about any step in the state reporting process, we encourage you to join this work session, Q&A included.

When your district is able to successfully share data with the state, you not only secure funding for the year, but also help to fill in gaps in student access to educational opportunities, and so much more. Join our informative webinar for the full scoop on the importance of timely data submissions, including a refresher on all the ways we can support you in state reporting. Hosted by our data experts, this session is also your chance to get answers to any submission-related questions you may have.
