There may only be four sessions this month but they pack a bunch of learnings, from finalizing report cards to collecting, correcting, and reporting end-of-year data to the state; plus, we help you get a jumpstart on back-to-school registration so that students are in good shape from day one.

Can’t make these dates? You can always visit our YouTube channel.

As we round the bend on another school year, let’s go over how to properly collect and submit end-of-year student data to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction by grade level, individually, and for graduating seniors, with the aim of keeping state funds rolling into your district. We will show you how to handle all types of data from attendance rates to program-specific data like CTE (Career and Technical Education) course completion. Our data-savvy training team will also walk you through resolving any data errors that may pop up in the state reporting process, so be sure to tune in on May 7th.

The key to a smooth back-to-school night? Proper set up of jmc’s online registration. Join this training session to learn the fundamentals, from creating crystal-clear health and custom field questions to collect permissions and medical emergency plans, to setting up e-signatures to make signing forms a breeze. Our team will also cover how to process submissions once families start coming into the office, helping every student get set for the year ahead. If you’re unsure about any step in setting up jmc’s online registration, we encourage you to tune in to this walkthrough on May 14th.

Do you have follow-up questions on setting up online registration? This live work session is your chance to get guidance directly from our training team. Perhaps you’ve encountered a tricky registration situation or would simply like a refresher on the fundamental steps of turning on jmc’s online registration, like setting district- and building-level permissions or processing submissions from families. It’s all covered on May 21st, so mark your calendar. If you’d like to help make back-to-school night a smooth one, don’t miss this online registration work session.

While there aren’t many steps to ending the year via jmc, we want to make sure you have the core tasks down pat so you can breathe easy as summer approaches. The jmc trainers will cover getting report cards out the door and into the hands of eager families, plus finalizing senior transcripts. You’ll also learn how to turn off scheduled content for jmc Family until school is back in session and the process for submitting end-of-year data like graduation dates to the state as part of required reporting. We’ll even look ahead at jmc’s ‘Start of the 25’-26’ School Year Checklist’ to get you prepped and ready for a smooth fall term and beyond, so register for this training today.
