The advisor list in jmc Office offers a quick, organized view of all students assigned to an advisor or homeroom teacher. Customize it with details like locker numbers or bus routes, making it a versatile tool for any situation. Whether in the hallway, at the bus stop, or in class, the advisor list keeps key student information readily accessible.
To create a customized advisor list, log in to jmc Office and head to Attendance > Staff > Advisor List.
Step One: Place a checkmark in the checkbox next to one or more teachers to include them and their assigned advisees in your advisor list.
Step Two: Select student details, like locker or bus number, by placing a checkmark in the checkbox next to each data element you want to include in your advisor list.
Fun Fact: The Student ID, Grade, and Gender fields are pre-selected by default but can be removed from the report depending on your preference.
Step Three: Click the “Preview” button to view a list of the advisees assigned to each selected advisor.
Step Four: Click the "Print" button to print a hard copy of your advisor list, or click the "Export" button to save your list as a CSV file.
