Through jmc Family, review health history records to ensure the data being stored by the school is current and accurate. Choose the student you would like to view and see all the important information from allergies to eyesight screenings and more. Even print a copy of your student's health history record right from jmc Family!

Log in to the jmc Family Portal and head to Health in the menu tree to get started.

Step One: Select the student whose health history records you wish to view using the drop-down list.

Step Two: Click the "Print" button to print a copy of the health history information.

Step Three: Select another child in your family to check health history records for using the student drop-down list.
