View and print an unofficial copy of your high school transcripts to use for college or scholarship applications right from jmc Student.

Your transcript is a complete record of your high school career including the courses you have completed, along with grades you've earned, your cumulative GPA, and more! In jmc Student you have the ability to view and print unofficial transcripts, giving you complete access to the documentation you need for things like college or employment applications, scholarship applications and personal identification. Simply choose the items you would like included on your transcript such as activities, GPA and class rank, then print your own copy or save it as a PDF to your computer, and you're on your way!

Start off by logging in to jmc Student and head to "Transcript" on the menu tree.

Step One: Select the transcript records you'd like to print or save from the "Include Transcript Records" drop-down list.

  • All Records: grades, credits and GPAs for all courses you've taken throughout your academic career

  • Beginning With Grade 9: records from your courses beginning with grade nine

  • Beginning with Grade 9 AND earlier records that count in GCR or GPA: records from your courses beginning with grade nine as well as any course taken in an earlier grade level counting in graduation credit or for cumulative GPA

  • Change Grade Level Cutoff: records from your courses beginning with the grade level you specify

Step Two: Place a checkmark in the appropriate checkbox(es) to include activities, immunizations, health notes, test scores, attendance and other records on the printed transcript.

Step Three (optional): Select the appropriate option from the "Include Test Score Records" drop-down list to specify the range of test scores to include in the transcript.

  • All Records: includes scores from all tests taken throughout your academic career

  • Beginning With Grade 9: includes scores from tests taken beginning with your 9th grade year

  • Change Grade Level Cutoff: permits you to include scores from tests taken beginning with a grade level you choose

Step Four: Select a radio button from the "Form Size" box to to indicate the page size for printing.

Step Five (optional): Place a checkmark in the "Include Class Ranking" checkbox to include your class ranking on the transcript. Then, select the appropriate option from the 'Rank Type' drop-down list to filter your ranking.

  • Standard: ranks all students based on the actual GPA

  • GPAs Capped: caps the top of class ranking for all students that meet a certain threshold (for example, any student with a GPA at or over 4.015 would receive a number 1 ranking)

Step Six: Select the appropriate term type from the "Term Type" drop-down list and select the appropriate radio button to include your class ranking from the beginning of the school year or from the beginning of a specified term.

Step Seven: Click the "Print" button to download a PDF copy of the transcript to your computer or print a hard copy to use as personal identification or for distributing to colleges or for including with your applications for employment.

Helpful Tip: Transcripts printed from jmc Student are watermarked "Unofficial Transcript." If your college or employment application require an official transcript, check with your school office to obtain a copy of a properly watermarked official transcript.
