The jmc Admin Connect mobile app allows administrators to access student information on the go. Simply search for a student and view their contact information, attendance, schedule, and communication records. Tap on a contact to quickly reach out via email or phone. The app provides quick and easy access to vital student data for effective leadership and safety.
Log in to the jmc Admin Connect mobile app, tap the "hamburger" menu and select "Student Data" to to begin viewing student data on the go!
Step One: Enter a student's name in the "Search Students" field to select a student and begin viewing their student data.
Fun Fact: Once you have selected a student, the student's photo, "ID#", "Grade", "Birth Date" and "Contacts" will be displayed for your reference.
Step Two: Tap the contact listed in the "Contacts" field to view additional contact information such as name, address, email address and phone number.
Helpful Tip: To quickly reach out to a contact, tap a contact's email address or phone number to send an email or place a call using the email or calling app on your device.
Step Three: Tap the "Attendance" icon at the bottom of the screen to view the dates and periods that the selected student was marked absent or tardy.
Step Four: Tap the "Schedule" icon at the bottom of the screen to view the selected student's period schedule, teacher, and grade summary.
Step Five: Tap the "Communication" icon at the bottom of the screen to view or add a discipline or communication record for the student.
Helpful Tip: Tap the "< Back" icon to easily return to the previous screen.
