The "Student Scope" page in jmc Office provides a dashboard view of the most important information for a student all on one convenient page. Quickly prepare for student interactions without visiting multiple pages in jmc Office for the data that you need with the "Student Scope" page. Customize your dashboard view to include up to 6 essential data points in the order of your preference, select a student and view or print all of the essential information at your fingertips.

To get started, head to the "View Student Data" page in jmc Office.

โ€‹Step One: Enter a student's name in the "Find" field to view the "Student Scope" page for the selected student.

Helpful Tip: Select 'All Active,' 'All Inactive,' 'All,' or a specific grade level from the 'Grade' drop-down list to filter available students.

Step Two: Click the "Student Scope" link in the Quick Links section to view a dashboard of the most important information for the selected student.

Step Three: Select one of following data elements from the drop-down list in each of the six dashboard display boxes to configure the student scope according to your preference.

  • Attendance: view how many days the student has been absent, present, or tardy since the beginning of the school year

  • Schedules: view all of the courses on the student's schedule, along with the course number, term, teacher's name, and room number

  • Student Lunch Transactions: view the family lunch balance, transactions, date and the amount of the transaction

  • Period Attendance: view how many excused absences, unexcused absences, excused tardies, unexcused tardies for each period of the day with the reason for the absence or tardy

  • Discipline: view each discipline record for the specified student, along with the problem behavior, the location of the incident, who reported the incident, the actions, and any comments left

  • Health Immunizations: view the immunization record for the student including the date of the immunization, the dosage, if it was administered at school, if it is valid, and any comments left

  • Report Cards: view the student's course grades report card

  • Student Contacts: view all of the contacts associated with a student including the contact type (i.e. primary, lunch, fee, etc), address, email address(es), password, and phone number(s)

  • Student Photo: view the student's class photo

  • Student Progress Report: view current course grades, assignments, scores and formative assessment results

  • Student Screen Viewable Test Scores: view standardized test results that are available for view in jmc Family and jmc Student

  • Student Transcript Viewable Test Scores: view standardized test results that are included on a student's transcript

  • Student Transcript: view the student's unofficial transcript including courses, grades, GPA, credits earned and attempted, and class rank over the student's academic career

Step Four: Click the "Print" button in each box to print the data for future reference.
