Since many commendations such as "All Conference" or "Team Captain" are prevalent across multiple activities, jmc provides a quick and easy solution for associating common honors or awards with an activity. Simply choose an activity and select the commendations from the "Available Commendations" list to associate honors with an activity. Once commendations are associated with activities, they can be awarded to the standout students on an activity roster.

Log in to jmc Office and go to Activities > Activities/Commendations to associate commendations with activities.

Step One: Select an activity from the "Activity" box to view and edit the associated commendations.

Step Two: Select a commendation from the "Available Commendations" box to associate it with the selected activity or select a commendation from the "Commendations for this Activity" box to remove its association with the activity.

​Step Three: Click the "Print" button to print the Activities/Commendations page for future reference.

Helpful Tip: Not seeing the commendation you are looking for in the "Available Commendations" box? Head to Activities > Edit Special Commendations to add commendations to the list.
