Sometimes mistakes happen and it's easiest to start over fresh, but how can schedulers remove students from courses quickly and efficiently? The "Drop Courses" feature in jmc Office gives schedulers a quick and easy way to remove all students that have been scheduled into selected courses with the click of a button! Simply select the course or courses you would like to clear, click the "Drop" button and you've got a clean slate, easy peasy!
To begin clearing course rosters, log in to jmc Office and head to Schedules > Course > Drop Courses.
Step One: Click a course name in the "Select Course(s)" box to add it to the "Selected Course(s)" box or hold the CTRL (Windows) key or the CMD (Mac) key to select multiple courses.
Step Two: Click the "Drop" button to remove all registered and/or schedules students from the selected course(s).
Fun Fact: The number of courses affected by the drop action will be displayed, confirming the process is complete.
