Easily identify scheduled student load imbalances by running jmc Office's class load print report. The report shows the number of students in each course section for all periods of the school day so you can spot heavily scheduled classrooms or busy periods during the day. Optionally view the gender balance in each course section or include a graph of total student counts by period.

To print a class load report, log in to jmc Office and head to Schedules > Course > Load Print.

Step One: Select a term type from the term drop-down list and specify a term by clicking the appropriate radio button to filter your report.

Step Two: Enter a grade level range in the "Grade" box using the "From" and "To" drop-down lists.

Step Three: Select a radio button from the "Sort Courses" box to set the order for the report.

  • By Number: in order based on the course number.

  • By Name: in order based on the course name.

Step Four: Place a checkmark in the "Split Male/Female" to have the report show the number of male and female students vs the total number of students in the class.

Step Five: Place a checkmark in the "Graph Period Totals" checkbox to have a bar graph section added to the report displaying the total student counts in each period.

Step Six: Click the "Preview" button to view the report.

Step Seven: Click the "Print" button to print the report or the "Export" button to export the report data to a CSV file.
