The "Teacher Utilization" report is a powerful tool for identifying teachers with open periods in their schedules. Simply select a term to access a detailed overview of teacher availability with a single click. Whether assigning study hall supervision, covering classes, or delegating responsibilities, this report helps you efficiently allocate staff time and talents by identifying teachers who can take on additional courses or duties.
To run a teacher utilization report, log in to jmc Office and go to Schedules > Staff > Teacher Utilization.
Step One: Select a term type from the drop-down list and specify a term by choosing the appropriate radio button to filter your report.
Step Two: Click the "Preview" button to view period schedules for the teachers in your school all on one page!
Fun Fact: The "Teacher Utilization" report provides a clear visual layout with class periods across the top, teachers listed down the left side, and course names with student enrollment numbers in the center—making it easy to identify full schedules and available periods.
Step Three: Click the "Print" button to print the report or the "Export" button to export this report to a CSV file.
