With jmc, teachers can create custom comments to include in students' grade reports. Create up to 100 comments for seamless access and delivery directly from jmc Teacher, ensuring students and families stay informed about progress and behaviors with ease and efficiency!
To create or edit custom comments in jmc Teacher, head to Reports > Edit Comments.
Step One: Click the "Edit" link next to a row to edit a comment or choose a blank row to enter a new comment.
Step Two: Enter the comment as you would like it to appear on the progress reports in the "Comment" field.
Helpful Tip: Delete the text from the "Comment" field to remove a comment from the list.
Step Three: Click the "Update" link on the row you're editing to save the changes to the selected comment or the "Cancel" link to discard your changes.
Step Four: Click the "Print" button to print a copy of your comments list or save a copy as a PDF for future reference.
Fun Fact: Comments created in Reports > Edit Comments can be added to midterm reports and end of term reports by clicking the "Comment" drop-down list under Edit > Course Grades.
