Use the student standardized tests query in jmc Teacher to access scores from exams such as the ACT, FAST assessments, and state data assessments. This tool provides valuable insights into areas that may require additional instruction or where students are excelling. Filter the report to obtain the necessary standardized test information, empowering you to continue supporting your students' success.
To run a "Student Standardized Tests" query, log in to jmc Teacher and head to Reports > Student Standardized Tests Query.
Step One: Select the class to run the "Student Standardized Test" query for from the "Course" drop-down list.
Step Two: Select the "Test Category," "Subject Area," and "Test/Subtest" from the appropriate drop-down lists to include on the query.
Step Three: Select grade levels from the "Grade Levels When Test Taken" drop-down lists to view standardized tests results for one or more students taken in the specified grade level range, or select grade levels 0-12 to view all standardized test results for the selected student(s).
Step Four: Select a radio button from the "Scores" box to narrow your test results to those meeting a specified score.
At Least: enter a cutoff value to view test results that meet a specified cutoff score or enter 0.00 to view all test results
Interval: enter a score range in the interval fields to view test results that fall within the selected score range
Step Five: Select a radio button from the "Tests to Query" box to identify which test results will appear on the query.
All: all test scores
Best: the best score from the tests
Most Recent: the most recent test score
Step Six: Select a radio button from the "View" box to see the query as a "List" or a "Form."
Step Seven: Select the appropriate names from the "Students" box to choose which students to include in the query or place a checkmark in the "Select All" checkbox to select all students from your course that meet the specifications.
Step Eight: Click the "Preview" button to view the student standardized tests query, and click the "Print" button to make a copy of the query for future reference or to save as a PDF.
