Plus, take a peek at suggestions from fellow users and give them a thumbs-up to help us decide what improvements to bring to you next!
To submit a feature request, log in to jmc Office to get started.
Step One: Click the "Submit a Feature Request" link located in the upper right-hand corner of jmc Office to access the UserVoice homepage.
Helpful Tip: Add a valid email address to the jmc Office user account on the File > Application Security page to enable the "Submit a Feature Request" link for the user.
Step Two: Click the appropriate forum to browse existing ideas or simply enter a few key words in the search bar to see if your idea has already been submitted by another user.
Step Three (optional): Click the "Vote" button next to an idea to up-vote an existing feature request.
Fun Fact: The development team will prioritize the innovations with the most votes to ensure the hottest feature requests are addressed first!
Helpful Tip: Not seeing the idea you are looking for? Click the "Post a new idea..." button and perform the remaining steps to submit a new feature request.
Step Four: Select the appropriate jmc portal, module or feature from the "Category" drop-down list to categorize your request.
Step Five: Enter the details for your request in the "Describe your idea" field to provide our developers with the information they need to implement your feature.
Helpful Tip: Provide additional detail to your request by adding screenshots or mock-ups! Simply drag and drop files into the "Drop or click to upload files" space to add files from your computer to your feature request.
Step Six: Click the "Post Idea" button to post the idea to UserVoice or click the "Cancel" link to discard your feature request.
Fun Fact: The development team will email you when your idea is selected for development, when it has been released and/or if they need more information to keep you informed during the process.
Helpful Tip: Click the "Settings" link below your username to set notifications and to view the status of the requests you have voted for or created.
