With districts using so many different Learning Management Systems from classroom to classroom alongside their School Information Systems, seamless interoperability and password management can become an issue. jmc's partnership with the single sign on application Clever helps cut down on teachers, students and families having to log into multiple platforms while at the same time providing a consistent bridge for the flow of student data between jmc and a wide number of software programs.

Contact support@jmcinc.com and let them know you are interested in using the Clever integration then head to File > Integrations to begin working with Clever.

Step One: Click the "Edit" link in the Clever row to access your nightly auto export settings.

Step Two: Click the "Alarm Clock" icon to set a time for jmc to automatically import/export nightly with your learning management system(s).

Fun Fact: Tech Support will setup the FTP settings for you when you contact them!

Step Three: Click the "Update" link to save your changes.

Step Four: Click the "Export Now" link in the Clever row to access your Clever options.

Step Five: Click the "Create Zip File" button to create a file that will be exported to Clever automatically.

Helpful Tip: Click on the downloaded file in your web browser to review the information exported to Clever.
