No worries! If you accidentally submitted a student to ADVISER that shouldn't have been included, you can easily remove them from the ADVISER portal through jmc Office. Before deleting the student from jmc Office, use the ADVISER "Delete Student" function specifically designed to remove a student from the ADVISER portal. This ensures that false information is not reported to the state and allows you to rectify the situation quickly and accurately.

In jmc Office head to Nebraska > ADVISER > Delete Student to remove a student from the ADVISER portal.

Step One: Select a student from the "ADVISER Delete Student" drop-down list to identify the student that needs removed from the ADVISER portal.

Step Two: Click the “ADVISER Delete Student” button to delete the student from the ADVISER portal.

Fun Fact: Deleting a student from ADVISER prevents overlapping enrollment records between schools that can lead to errors during state reporting.
