"Updating Students by Grade Level" is for submitting large amounts of student-related data for an entire grade level to NDE. Ed-Fi resources updated for this student during this process include:

Student Section Association

Student Program Association (all types)
Student Academic Record
Discipline Incident
Student Discipline Incident Association
Discipline Action
In jmc Office, go to Nebraska > ADVISER > Update Students by Grade Level.
Step One: Select the grade level you wish to submit.
Helpful Tip: Use the "All Grades" option if your school's enrollment is small (around 100 students or less).
Step Two: Click the "ADVISER Update Students by Grade Level " to begin the process.
Helpful Tips:
Upon completion of this process you will see a summary of the data submitted. Save this report as a PDF file for later referral, especially if you have errors that require attention. Most browsers/operating systems have an option to save the file as PDF or to print the file to a PDF file.
If the button does not appear on the page, it is most likely because your database is not yet configured for Ed-Fi exchanges.
Step Three: Repeat steps one and two for each grade level as needed.
